Arinze is a self-taught artist renowned for his hyperrealistic pencil drawings that vividly capture the essence of the African experience. Working primarily with charcoal and graphite on paper, his art serves as a powerful medium for social and political activism, addressing critical issues such as racism, modern slavery, and feminism.
In 2018, Arinze held his debut solo exhibition titled “Mirrors” at Jonathan LeVine Projet. This collection explored human nature and the interconnectedness of all living beings, aiming to foster empathy and self-reflection among viewers.
