To make matters worse, Algeria has now banned flights to and from Mali, and even pulled its ambassadors from both Mali and Niger.
Mali, on the other hand, argues that the drone was simply flying near the border as part of their efforts to combat terrorism. They’ve accused Algeria of supporting international terrorism, which only adds more fuel to the fire.
