International Center for Diplomacy Marks 15th Anniversary, Honors Women Leaders Driving Global Impact
The International Center for Diplomacy marks its 15th anniversary by spotlighting 15 women whose work is shaping diplomacy, governance, and human rights globally.

The International Center for Diplomacy is celebrating a significant milestone, its 15th anniversary marking over a decade of commitment to advancing dialogue, leadership, and international cooperation.
Founded on April 2, 2011, the Center has, over the years, established itself as a platform for fostering diplomatic engagement, strengthening governance frameworks, and promoting inclusive global partnerships.
As part of this year’s anniversary celebration, and in recognition of International Women’s Month, the Center is spotlighting 15 exceptional women leaders whose contributions continue to shape diplomacy, governance, human rights, and social development across regions.
The distinguished honorees include:
Hon. Naima Benyahya – Minister of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family
Chems Doha Alaoui Ismaili – Secretary General of the General Federation of Arab Women; Vice President of the International Center for Diplomacy
Kawtar Manssouri – Director of Childhood and Women’s Affairs, Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication
Asmae Bourreddaya – Resident Representative of AUDA-NEPAD to the Kingdom of Morocco
