“Through His ‘Startup Management’ Approach, His Majesty Has Opened All Doors for a Better Africa,” Says Tunisian Leader Dr. Nizar Chaari

Tunis, Tunisia – July 25, 2025
On the occasion of Throne Day in the Kingdom of Morocco, Dr. Nizar Chaari, 2024 Tunisian presidential candidate and founder of the pan-African NGO Epik Leaders, paid tribute to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, highlighting the Monarch’s “startup management” approach as a key driver of Africa’s future.
“Morocco, through His Majesty’s ‘startup management’ approach, has opened all doors for a better Africa in every domain: education, technology, logistics, entrepreneurship, and more,” Dr. Chaari stated. “I extend my most sincere wishes for success, development, and prosperity to His Majesty King Mohammed VI and to the people of the brotherly Kingdom of Morocco.”
He continued, “I would like to take this opportunity to express my admiration for His Majesty’s wisdom, vision, and quiet strength. Since his ascension to the throne, he has continuously elevated Morocco in all fields.”
Recalling a personal encounter, Dr. Chaari said: “As a Tunisian, I was proud to meet His Majesty walking among us in the heart of Tunis several years ago, and as a political leader, I was struck by his humility despite the weight of royalty.”
Dr. Chaari emphasized the regional influence of Morocco’s development model and its role in advancing Africa’s shared vision. “I have had the opportunity to visit numerous African countries. Without a doubt, I can say that thanks to the pan-African vision of His Majesty and the Moroccan people’s collective effort to realize it on the ground, we chose Morocco as the launching point for our NGO, Epik Leaders.”
He spoke of what he witnessed firsthand: “During my travels from Tangier to Dakhla, passing through Rabat, Casablanca, Essaouira, Taroudant, Marrakech, Laayoune, and other cities and regions, I witnessed this renaissance—this determination to build and develop all cities and all sectors simultaneously.”
Dr. Chaari concluded with a message of admiration and forward-looking purpose: “What His Majesty has done and continues to do inspires me immensely for my return to my country as a basis for cooperation and co-construction of a brighter future for our peoples and our united and prosperous Africa.”
Dr. Nizar Chaari is the founder of Epik Leaders, a Pan-African NGO supporting leadership, innovation, and regional cooperation. He was a candidate in the 2024 presidential election in Tunisia and continues to promote a unified, visionary approach to African development and diplomacy.
