“Morocco Has Established Itself as a Model of Judicial Reform, Under the Leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI” — Central African Magistrate

On the occasion of the 26th anniversary of the accession of His Majesty King Mohammed VI to the Throne of the Kingdom of Morocco, Gresenguet Ghislain, a senior magistrate from the Central African Republic, delivered a heartfelt tribute, praising the Moroccan Sovereign’s vision and unwavering commitment to justice, human rights, and African cooperation.
“In my capacity as a magistrate and legal professional committed for several decades to the promotion of justice and human rights,” Ghislain declared, “I pay tribute to the high vision and commitment of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of His accession to the Throne.”
Ghislain emphasized that Morocco, under the King’s leadership, has become a continental benchmark for legal transformation. “Under His enlightened leadership, Morocco has established itself as a model in terms of judicial reform, the consolidation of the rule of law, and the strengthening of institutions. The impact of this dynamic extends beyond the Kingdom’s borders and inspires many African countries.”
He further noted the strategic importance placed on youth in the Kingdom’s public policies. “It is particularly noteworthy that His Majesty gives strategic priority to youth, placing them at the heart of public policies as a true asset for the country and for Africa.”
Highlighting the broader African dimension of King Mohammed VI’s efforts, Ghislain added: “The Sovereign’s efforts to promote dialogue and cooperation among African magistrates reflect a sincere desire to build a united, strong Africa founded on justice, peace, and solidarity.”
Gresenguet Ghislain is a Magistrate of the Highest Rank in the Central African Republic and currently serves as Chargé de Mission, State Legal Officer, and President of the National Committee for Legal Aid. He has previously served as Director of Criminal Affairs and Pardons, First Advocate General at the Court of Appeal of Bangui, and Deputy Attorney General. He is also a founding member of the African Judges Dialogue Forum, demonstrating his long-standing dedication to advancing legal systems and collaboration across the African continent.
His testimonial joins a growing chorus of African voices recognizing the regional impact of King Mohammed VI’s leadership, especially in the realm of judicial excellence and institutional reform.
